Refund policy

At Indalia, we want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you’ve changed your mind, we offer 30-day returns from the date your order is delivered (or picked up in-store).

We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which means our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your item has a major fault, is different from what you ordered, or does not match the description provided.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Be returned with all original packaging, including box, pouch, and tags
  • For sets or bundles, all items must be returned together as a complete set


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and legal reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Earrings (including any used for piercings)
  • Engraved or monogrammed products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such at purchase)

Return Shipping

  • Australia: We offer a flat-rate return shipping fee of $10, which will be deducted from your refund or credit.
  • International Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

Eligible returns can be refunded to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

To organise an exchange, please return your order and place a new one.

How to Return

  • Log into your Indalia account and select “Request a Return.”
  • Follow the instructions provided to receive your return label and next steps.
  • Pack your item securely, including all original packaging and documents.
  • Drop off at your nearest post office or courier point.
